Privacy & data use
A clear boundary around the information we ask for.
This notice explains the current data-use boundaries for RankOrange’s public tools and dental visibility audit request form.
For dental visibility audit requests
Use business contact details only. Do not submit patient names, appointment details, medical histories, insurance information, or other health information. The form is not intended for patient information or clinical records.
What the website collects
When you request a dental visibility audit, the form collects the business contact and qualification details you choose to provide: your name, work email, practice or group, public website, role, location count, markets, public visibility priorities, capacity, timing, and optional marketing-investment context. It also records campaign attribution such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers when they are present in the page URL.
RankOrange’s public tools may also record limited anonymous usage events, such as an audit starting or completing, so the tools can be improved.
How the information is used
We use audit-request details to assess the request, prepare a public-site review, respond to the requester, and understand which marketing campaigns create relevant requests. Completing the form does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Public-site scope
The dental visibility audit starts with public information and business-level context. It does not require patient-system access, clinical records, or login credentials.
Site measurement
The site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand site use and improve the experience. The dental audit form is marked so its field contents are masked from that session-recording tool. Website measurement is not a reason to enter patient or health information anywhere on the site.
Before paid campaign activation
This notice is a plain-language statement of the current form design. Before paid traffic is activated, RankOrange should assign an owner for response handling, retention, access, and privacy requests, and verify that all connected advertising, analytics, and CRM tools match this data boundary.
